Men like Kit Carson and Ethan Allen, Moses and Ajax the Lesser, Matthew and Gunnar Nelson. Men who had red blood and drank black coffee, who would toss a hatchet at any gender identity questions.

I was the Chinese Checkers maestro, though the hatchet may have have been a looming intimidation factor.
